Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs clearance processes or carrier issues may impact delivery times. Most orders arrive within 8-12 business days once shipped. In peak periods please allow for up to 7 business days for dispatch.

Change of Address
If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipping.

Order Cancelation
We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and do offer refunds in eligible cases. However, please note that cancellations are not possible once an order has been placed.
